Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, is organizing an Industry Visit to MaxVal Group, Noida Sector 62, on 5th November 2026.

MaxVal Group is a provider of intellectual property (IP) services and solutions, offering exposure to areas such as patent services, trademarks, copyrights and IP management. The visit aims to provide students with practical insights into the functioning of the intellectual property industry, its professional practices and emerging career opportunities.

As part of the visit, the MaxVal team will conduct an IP Orientation Session covering industry practices, career opportunities and the skills required to pursue a career in the intellectual property domain. The initiative seeks to bridge the gap between theoretical legal education and professional practice by familiarising students with the application of intellectual property laws in an industry setting.

Objectives of Event

• To familiarise students with the functioning of the intellectual property industry and the professional services offered in the IP domain.
• To provide practical exposure to patent services, trademarks, copyrights and intellectual property management.
• To acquaint students with industry practices, emerging career opportunities and professional requirements in the IP sector.
• To enhance students’ understanding of the practical application of intellectual property laws and the skills required to pursue careers in this domain.
