The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and Oral Microbiology in collaboration with Indian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology is observing National Oral Pathologist Day on 25th February 2026, to celebrate birth Anniversary of Dr. H. M. Dholakia, Senior Oral Pathologist.

Guest lectures and Innovative Competitions are being organised to commemorate the Oral Pathologist Day.

Objectives of Event

  1. To spread awareness about different realms of Oral Pathology and Microbiology.
  2. To intervene and diagnose early which is key to successful treatment outcomes.
  3. To spread awareness about oral potentially malignant disorders and early signs and symptoms of oral cancer.
