Overview

PiXelance, the Photography and Videography Club of Sharda University, is organizing an exciting Photowalk in collaboration with Delhi Technological University and Gargi College. This initiative offers hands-on learning, creative exposure, and an opportunity to capture diverse perspectives, promoting skill development, community building, and meaningful interactions among passionate student photographers and videographers.

Objectives of Event

• Offer Practical Teaching: Provide students with hands-on training and professional mentorship in a real-world environment to enhance their photography and videography proficiency.
• Engage with Indian History: Leverage the culturally rich and historic backdrop of Purana Qila to educate students about India’s heritage while inspiring them to capture its essence artistically.
• Promote Sharda University through Collaboration: Strengthen Sharda University’s reputation as a centre for creative excellence by collaborating with esteemed institutions such as Delhi Technological University (DTU) and Gargi College, fostering impactful inter-collegiate partnerships.
• Build a Bigger Community: Broaden our creative network beyond the campus by connecting with passionate student artists, thereby cultivating a larger and more dynamic artistic community.
• Create a Better Space for Interaction: Encourage an inclusive and engaging environment where students from diverse colleges can exchange ideas, collaborate creatively, and develop meaningful professional relationships.
