Overview

This AI Basics course introduces B. Design from 16th Jan, 2026 to students from Fashion Design, Interior Design and Communication Design to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its role in creative practice. Students will learn how AI systems work at a basic level and how they can be applied as creative tools rather than technical replacements. Students will gain hands-on exposure to AI-powered tools for idea generation, visual exploration, trend analysis, image and text generation, and design experimentation. The course emphasizes using AI to enhance  creativity, improve efficiency, and support design decision-making across different disciplines

Objectives of Event

• By the end of the course, students will be able to collaborate with AI thoughtfully, integrating it into their design process while maintaining human creativity, critical thinking, and artistic identity.
