Overview

Sharda School of Nursing Science and Research is organizingthe 4th International and 25th Annual Conference in collaboration with Indian Society of Psychiatric Nurses (ISPN) from 23rd to 25th February 2026 at Sharda University, Greater Noida. The theme of the conference is “Access to services: Mental health and catastrophes and emergencies- Empowering nurses”. ISPN is a professional society registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act in the year 1991 to achieve proficiency in mental health nursing practice utilizing strong evidence through scientific research in psychiatric nursing.

This conference aims to provide an opportunity for all participants to discuss about current issues related to mental health and practice, share scientific evidence and experiences and discuss future plans. This conference will bring together eminent scholars, researchers, clinicians, and mental health professionals from across India and abroad who are experts in their respective fields. Through scientific sessions, panel discussions, workshops, paper presentations, and interactive deliberations, they will share their knowledge, research findings, and best practices with delegates and participants.

This prestigious event will provide opportunities to deliberate on emerging trends, contemporary challenges, innovative interventions, evidence-based practices, and policy perspectives in mental health care.

  2. To enlighten the Ethical and Medico-Legal Issues in Disaster Mental Health Practice.
  3. To develop Capacity -Building Models for Emergency Mental Health Nursing.
