About the Event:
The webinar is intended for students to equip them with the essential interpersonal and intrapersonal abilities that will set them up for success in their future careers. The session will illuminate the crucial role of soft skills – such as effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and a positive attitude – in navigating the professional world, building strong relationships with colleagues, and achieving career aspirations. The students will gain practical insights and actionable strategies to cultivate these valuable skills now, giving them a significant advantage as they transition from academia to the workplace.

- To provide students with the practical strategies and actionable techniques for cultivating and improving essential soft skills through their academic studies, extracurricular activities, and personal interactions.
- To help students understand the value of collaboration and teamwork in achieving organizational goals and building positive working relationships.
- To help students gain introductory insights into effective communication strategies for interacting with future colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
- To encourage students how to effectively deal with interruptions and distractions of life and work.
