Guest Lecture by Shri Durga Shanker Mishra, Former Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh. He served as Chief Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh from 30 December 2021 till 30 June 2024.
As the former Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh, the speaker is known to have an extensive experience in policymaking and urban governance, combined with a deep appreciation for India's cultural ethos.
