In our inaugural session, we are honored to host Mr. Nitin Khinderia, an XLRI alumnus and an award-winning HR leader recognized among the Top HR Influencers of 2025. With over two decades of experience, he has successfully led large-scale HR transformations in corporate and manufacturing environments, managing 15,000+ employees and spearheading HR teams across multiple locations.
