Overview
Sharda School of Nursing Science & Research is organzing motivational lecture for Nursing Fresher's 2025 aspiring to become Leader emphasize the crucial role of nursing officer in advancing scientific knowledge and improving healthcare outcomes. It should highlight their unique perspective and patient-centered approach, can contribute significantly to research, ultimately leading to better patient care and equitable health outcomes. The lecture should also address the challenges and rewards of transitioning into a research-focused career, offering guidance and inspiration to pursue this path. it bridge the gap between clinical practice and research, translating research findings into practical applications and improving patient care.
Objectives of Event
1.Sharing examples of successful Nursing Leader and their contributions inspire Fresher's.
2.Emphasize the diverse opportunities available in nursing research, including areas like clinical trials, public health, and health policy.
3.Emphasize the importance of finding mentors who can guide aspiring nurse scientists.
4.Empower them to see themselves as scientists,leader and agents of change in healthcare.
5. focous on fresher's new journey so they can be motivate to start with positive mind & vision .
