Overview
The Faculty Development Program on International Business Simulation (ibizsim), conducted by Dr. Ashok Ullal, will provide participants with an immersive learning experience in global business decision-making. The program will introduce faculty members to the ibizsim platform, enabling them to understand complex international market dynamics through hands-on simulation exercises. Dr. Ullal will guide participants in strategic planning, competitive analysis, financial decision-making, and cross-functional coordination within a simulated global environment. The FDP aimed to enhance teaching pedagogy by integrating experiential learning tools, ultimately equipping educatorsto better prepare students for real-world international business challenges.
Objectives of Event
- To familiarize faculty members with the ibizsim platform and its application in teaching international business concepts through experiential learning.
- To enhance understanding of global business dynamics, including market entry strategies, competition, international marketing, finance, and operations within a simulated environment.
