This seminar on Design Thinking and Analysis aims to introduce faculty members to innovative, human-centered approaches for solving academic and institutional challenges. The session will provide an overview of key design thinking stages—empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test—along with analytical tools that support effective decision-making. Through practical insights and examples, the seminar encourages participants to adopt creative and structured methods to enhance teaching, research, and problem-solving practices.
