Overview

Sharda School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SSHSS), Sharda University has organized a skill development program on User Awareness for EBSCO resources to be used by faculty & research scholars. This event is organized at 11.00am to 12.30pm on 31/01/2026. Through this skill development program faculties and research scholars will be benefited towards research and innovation. They will learn the process to use the EBSCO resources.

 

In fact, in the digital age, effective use of e-resources is no longer optional but it is an essential. This program aims to empower faculty & research scholars with the knowledge and skills needed to use e-resources efficiently for quality research, innovation, teaching and meaningful communication.

•To understand the features, navigation, and practical use cases in the field of humanities, psychology, behavioral sciences collection & e-Books.

•To examine how to maximize research outcomes using EBSCO resources

•To find out WIIFM (What’s in It for Them/Scholars) – benefits for academic research, teaching, and learning

•To find out opportunities to enhance scholarly excellence and academic productivity using different tools available with new Ehost UI.
