Overview

An industrial visit is organized for MBA 3rd Semester HR Specialization students to the Inland Container Depot (ICD), CONCOR India, Tilapata, Greater Noida. The visit aims to provide students with practical exposure to logistics operations, container management systems, and HR practices adopted within a major public sector logistics organization.

Objectives of Event

• To familiarize students with the functioning of a large-scale logistics and supply chain organization.
• To provide insights into HR operations, workforce management, and industrial practices.
• To bridge classroom learning with practical exposure.
• To enhance students’ understanding of the operational environment of CONCOR India.
