Guru Dakshata is a comprehensive faculty orientation framework to train newly appointed teachers in Sharda University.
Objectives of Event
- To familiarize new faculty with the university’s academic framework, policies, and support systems.
- To enhance teaching, learning, and research methodologies through practical sessions and interactive discussions.
- To build a collaborative environment and promote networking among faculty members.
- To encourage personal and professional development through workshops on communication, leadership, and classroom management.
- To ensure faculty are well-equipped to contribute effectively to the institution’s educational and research goals.
