Department of Emergency Medicine, Sharda Hospital, Sharda School of Medical Sciences and Research , Sharda University & Shardacare Healthcity is celebrating “World Emergency Medicine Day” on 27th & 29th May 2026.

The theme for this year is "Safe space for Emergency Medicine Teams – Stop violence everywhere”.

Objectives of Event

  • Promote professional safety: Ensure violence free workplace and robust mental health support for emergency teams
  • Encourage community to come forward & learn basic lifesaving skills
  • Training of all academic doctors in life saving point of care ultrasound
