Overview

The Sharda School of law is organising a guest lecture on Contract Drafting Workshop aims to equip law students and young professionals with practical, industry-oriented competencies in structuring, interpreting, and negotiating legally sound agreements. The session focus is to bridge the gap between theoretical legal education and real-world practice by enhancing participants’ ability to draft clear, precise, and enforceable contracts, while minimizing ambiguity and legal risk. The lecture will cover essential elements of contract drafting, common pitfalls, and emerging trends in commercial agreements.

All 1^st year students of Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, Greater Noida
