Overview

The Leadership Talk will explore how persuasive storytelling can be used as a powerful leadership tool to influence decisions, build trust, communicate organizational vision, and inspire people toward shared goals. Drawing on Dr. Arushi Grover’s extensive experience in strategic HR, consulting, talent management, and organizational transformation, the session will examine how leaders can use compelling narratives to navigate workplace challenges, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and drive meaningful change. The guest lecture will provide students with practical insights into the role of storytelling in leadership communication, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Explore storytelling in HR and organizational change: Understand how storytelling can support employee engagement, talent development, organizational culture, and change management.
  • Bridge theory and practice: Provide industry-oriented insights into the application of persuasive storytelling in managerial decision-making, professional development, and workplace leadership.
