Objectives of Event
- Promote Awareness – Educate students about the legal, ethical, and emotional consequences of ragging.
- Foster a Safe Environment – Create a welcoming and respectful campus atmosphere where all students feel secure.
- Encourage Positive Interaction – Promote healthy bonding and friendship between seniors and juniors through constructive activities.
- Highlight Legal Provisions – Inform students about anti-ragging laws, UGC regulations, and institutional policies.
- Empower Students – Encourage students to speak up and report any ragging incidents without fear of retaliation.
- Strengthen Vigilance – Reinforce the role of anti-ragging committees, squads, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Promote Zero Tolerance – Emphasize the institution’s commitment to a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging.
- Develop Empathy – Help students understand the psychological harm caused by ragging and promote compassion and mutual respect.
