Overview

The Department of Physics & Environmental Sciences is organizing a Workshop, “Capacity development and Skill enhancement for Shaping Future Success” in association with Sharda Skills on 5^th November for final-year students to enhance their employability and prepare them effectively for upcoming placement opportunities and professional careers. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional expectations, enabling students to become more confident, career-ready, and better prepared to explore employment opportunities after graduation.

Objectives of Event

·  Help students prepare effective CVs/resumes and professional profiles.

·  Develop confidence and effective strategies for Group Discussions and interviews.

·  Improve verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

·  Familiarize students with professional etiquette and workplace expectations.

·  Provide practical exposure through mock interviews and interactive activities.

·  Help students understand common placement processes, recruitment expectations, and career-building strategies.
