Overview
Sharda University is organizing its Internal Smart India Hackathon (SIH-2026) on 10th-11th September 2026 to shortlist and recommend the most innovative student teams for the national-level SIH Grand Finale. The event aims to provide a platform for students to present their problem-solving approaches, ideas, and prototypes before an expert panel. Selected teams will get the opportunity to represent the university at SIH-2026 gaining national exposure and mentorship. This internal round is a vital step in showcasing talent and innovation from Sharda University.
Objectives of Event
- To identify and nurture innovative ideas developed by student teams for solving real-world problems.
- To evaluate and shortlist the best-performing teams for representing Sharda University at the Smart India Hackathon 2025 Grand Finale.
- To provide a platform for experiential learning through teamwork, mentorship, and practical problem-solving.
- To promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the university by encouraging creative thinking and technology-driven solutions.
