The School of Pharmacy, Sharda University, in collaboration with Sharda Skill , will be organizing a Skill Development and Career Counselling Session for Pharmacy Students aimed at enhancing students’ professional competencies, employability skills, career awareness, and preparedness for higher education and career opportunities.

The session will be conducted for the Pre-Final Year and Final Year Pharmacy students.

Objectives of Event

The session will aim to:

  • Enhance students’ employability and professional skills required for successful career development.
  • Provide students with career guidance and counselling related to diverse career opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Develop essential communication, interpersonal, presentation, and professional skills.
  • Improve students’ confidence, personality, and professional competence.
  • Create awareness regarding career pathways, industry opportunities, higher education, and professional development in pharmacy.
  • Equip students with the skills required for interviews, group discussions, presentations, and workplace interactions.
  • Develop students’ ability to identify their strengths, career interests, and professional goals.
  • Enhance decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership competencies.
  • Provide practical guidance on career planning, employability enhancement, and workplace readiness.
  • Bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations through skill-oriented career guidance.
  • Motivate students towards continuous learning, professional growth, and lifelong skill development.
