Overview
Autodesk Fusion AI Tech Day is a one-day technical event organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sharda University, in collaboration with Autodesk and the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC). The event aims to introduce students, faculty, and researchers to the latest AI-powered capabilities of Autodesk Fusion for product design, engineering, and manufacturing. It includes expert talks, live demonstrations, and interactive sessions on AI-assisted design, generative design, design automation, manufacturing intelligence, and 3D printing.
Objectives of Event
- To create awareness about Artificial Intelligence in engineering design and manufacturing.
- To introduce the AI-powered features of Autodesk Fusion.
- To demonstrate generative design and design automation techniques.
- To enhance students' practical skills in CAD, CAM, CAE, and digital manufacturing.
- To promote innovation and industry-ready engineering practices.
- To encourage the adoption of advanced digital tools for product development and smart manufacturing.
- To bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements through expert interaction and hands-on demonstrations.
