Overview
The Community Connect Cell, Sharda University, is facilitating student participation in a large-scale school renovation and refurbishment volunteering initiative in collaboration with iVolunteer, with more than 700 corporate volunteers expected to participate. The initiative aims to improve school infrastructure and create a better learning environment through collective community service. Participating students will contribute to event coordination, volunteer support, logistics management, and refurbishment activities as assigned by the organizers. Advance volunteer orientation and role allocation will ensure effective participation and smooth event execution. The initiative will provide students with practical field experience while promoting teamwork, leadership, organizational skills, social responsibility, and collaboration between Sharda University and iVolunteer.
Objectives of Event
- Promote community service and social responsibility among students.
- Provide practical exposure through field-based volunteering.
- Develop teamwork, leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strengthen collaboration between Sharda University and iVolunteer.
- Encourage interdisciplinary student participation under the Community Connect Course.
