Overview

It is with great pleasure that Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, is organizing an expert lecture titled as “Behaviour of Lawyers in corporate” to be held on 23rd September 2025 from 11:00 AM onwards.

All second year students of BA LL.B./ BBA LL.B. of Sharda School of Law are co-ordially invited to make this event successful.

Objectives of Event

  • Students will develop an understanding on the roles and duties of corporate lawyers.
  • To provide clarity on real-life scenarios involving ethical lapses or exemplary conduct by corporate lawyers.
  • To offer insights into common behavioral challenges faced by lawyers in corporate settings.
  • To outline ethical principles and professional responsibilities that guide lawyers in corporate environments.
  • To assess the consequences of unethical behavior on the reputation and operations of corporate legal teams.
