Overview

An Industry–Academia Interaction and Career Opportunity Session in collaboration with Pathkind Labs is scheduled on 12th March 2026 for BMLT students at the Sharda School of Allied Health Sciences, Sharda University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

The industry–Academia Interaction and Career Opportunity Session organized in collaboration with Pathkind Labs aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements for BMLT students. The session will provide students with valuable insights into the functioning of modern diagnostic laboratories, emerging technologies in medical laboratory sciences, and the professional expectations of the healthcare industry. During the interaction, experts from Pathkind Labs will share their knowledge and experiences regarding career pathways, skill requirements, laboratory practices, and employment opportunities in the diagnostic sector. The session will also encourage students to engage directly with industry professionals, enabling them to understand real-world laboratory operations and career prospects. This initiative is intended to enhance students’ industry exposure, strengthen their professional competencies, and support their career readiness in the field of medical laboratory technology.

Objectives of Event

  1. To strengthen industry–academia collaboration by providing BMLT students with direct interaction with professionals from the diagnostic laboratory sector.
  2. To enhance students’ awareness of career opportunities and employment prospects in the field of medical laboratory technology.
  3. To familiarize students with current industry practices, technologies, and professional expectations in modern diagnostic laboratories.
  4. To improve students’ employability and professional readiness by guiding them on the essential skills and competencies required in the healthcare diagnostics industry.
  5. To encourage knowledge exchange between academia and industry, helping students understand real-world laboratory operations and career pathways in diagnostic sciences.
