Overview

The event on “Cyber Security Awareness: From Threat to Defence” brings together cybersecurity  students and faculties to gain knowledge about the latest threats, case studies, and defence strategies. Through real-world examples and interactive discussions, participants will gain an understanding of phishing, ransomware, data breaches, and social engineering attacks, along with preventive measures.

Objectives of Event

The primary objective of the expert talk on “Cyber Security Awareness: From Threat to Defence” is to sensitize participants about the rapidly evolving cyber threat landscape and equip them with practical knowledge to safeguard digital assets.

The session aims to bridge the gap between awareness and action by highlighting common vulnerabilities, attack patterns, and the best practices of cyber hygiene, thereby empowering individuals and organizations to strengthen their defensive posture against potential cyber risks.
