Overview

Sharda School of Media, Film & Entertainment is excited to announce the launch of its Non-Credit Value Added Courses, NVA0001 Stress and Time Management Strategies for the students of BA(J&MC), BA(FT&OTTP) and B.Sc Animation, VFX & Gaming Design Semester II.

The course is designed to inculcate the basic understanding of the relationship between the stress management and time management skills with the academic achievement of the students.

Objectives of Event

Objectives of the event are: -

• To understand the nature of stress
• Comprehend the psychological and physiological effects of stress 
• To access the risk factors related to stress.
• To understand intricacies of time management
