HR Club of Sharda School of Business Studies- HR Catalyst is proud to host the world-renowned Mumbai Dabbawalas on 4th September 2025 at our campus. Recognized globally as a “Harvard Case Study on Wheels,” the Mumbai Dabbawalas are celebrated for their unmatched precision, teamwork, and logistics excellence. Their story is a living example of how simplicity, discipline, and commitment can create an extraordinary management model that inspires business leaders across the world. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to witness how a simple tiffin delivery system has become a global benchmark of management success.

Objectives of Event

The workshop is organized for the management students-

• To understand timeless management lessons in Entrepreneurship, logistics, leadership, teamwork, and customer trust.
• To provide participants an opportunity to interact directly with the iconic Mumbai Dabbawalas.
• To enable students to gain cross-domain insights relevant to Marketing, HR, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Analytics.
