Overview
The event will primarily focus on promoting equal rights, responsibilities, and opportunities for people of all genders. It will include discussions and expert talks highlighting the importance of closing gender gaps in education, employment, leadership, and digital inclusion. Participants will share strategies to challenge stereotypes, address discrimination, and create inclusive environments in workplaces and communities. The event is aimed to inspire collective action toward a more just and equitable society.
Objectives of Event
- To educate participants about gender disparities and the importance of equality in all sectors of society.
- To encourage inclusive practices that ensure equal opportunities for all genders in education, employment, and leadership.
- To address and dismantle gender-based stereotypes and biases.
- To support and inspire individuals, especially women and marginalized genders, to take leadership roles and voice their rights.
- To advocate for policies and practices that support gender equity and prevent discrimination.
