Overview
The activity is being conducted under the initiative of the department of Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering to evaluate and map energy consumption profiles across target communities. Targeted at understanding household power usage, energy-efficient technology adoption, and reliance on renewable resources, this study aims to benchmark energy consumption patterns against institutional and regional sustainability goals. The program assesses community awareness surrounding energy conservation, appliance efficiency ratings, and renewable energy adoption while identifying key socioeconomic barriers. Conducted through interactive surveys and workshops, the session provides a safe, engaging platform to educate participants on sustainable energy practices and smart power management.
Objectives of Event
- To evaluate household energy consumption patterns and community awareness regarding energy conservation and efficient technologies.
- To identify socio-economic and policy-level barriers hindering clean energy adoption and recommend actionable solutions for sustainable power management.
