Overview

Sharda School of Nursing Science & Research (SSNSR), Sharda University, is organizing a five-day clinical skills workshop titled “MASTERY IN FON: Bridging Theory and Clinical Practice.”

The workshop aims to strengthen the integration of theoretical knowledge in the Fundamentals of Nursing (FON) with core clinical applications. It provides a unique educational platform for first-year B.Sc. Nursing students to gain hands-on exposure to essential nursing procedures, patient care equipment, and clinical simulators.

This academic initiative will enhance conceptual clarity, promote interactive learning, and help nursing students master the foundational skills required for safe and effective patient care. Expert nursing faculty will deliver interactive sessions, step-by-step procedural demonstrations, and supervised hands-on practice modules to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world clinical proficiency.

Objectives of Event

·       To strengthen the foundation of essential nursing procedures and patient care techniques for safe and effective clinical practice. (SDG 4: Quality Education)

·       To provide experiential learning to students through supervised, hands-on practice with clinical simulators and standard medical equipment. (SDG 4: Quality Education)
