The Medical Laboratory Sciences Department is organizing a Health Checkup Camp in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This health checkup camp is a community-focused initiative aimed at promoting preventive healthcare and early diagnosis. It offers free pathology tests, physiotherapy consultations, nutritional counselling, and health awareness sessions to individuals of middle and alder age groups. The camp brings together medical professionals to provide essential health services, raise awareness about lifestyle diseases, and guide participants on improving their overall well-being. The camp will provide valuable information about common musculoskeletal disorders, preventive care.
Objectives of Event
Foster Collaboration and Discussion: The primary objective of this health checkup camp is to provide free, accessible, and comprehensive preliminary healthcare services to the community, aiming to promote early detection, prevention, and management of common health issues. The detailed objectives are as follows:
1. Early Detection and Diagnosis:
To identify common health conditions such as diabetes, anemia and other ailments at an early stage through free pathology tests, enabling timely treatment and preventing complications.
2. Physiotherapy Consultation:
To provide expert assessment and guidance for people suffering from musculoskeletal problems such as joint pain, back pain, posture issues, and mobility challenges, helping them manage pain and improve functionality without solely relying on medication.
3. Nutritional Counselling:
To educate participants about balanced nutrition, personalized dietary advice, and the importance of a healthy diet—especially for those with conditions like diabetes, obesity, or anemia—to improve overall well-being.
