Department of Forensic Medicine, School of Medical Sciences & Research,Sharda Hospital, Sharda University is organizing an training program on “AETCOM: Role of confidentiality in medical practice” for Students of MBBS batch 2023 on 27th November 2025.
Objectives of Event
- The session introduces MBBS 2023 batch students to understand the ethical and legal principle of informed consent, confidentiality and privileged communication.
- Apply proper communication skills to obtain valid consent and maintain confidentiality in medical practice.
- Recognize situation where disclosure is ethically or legally required and document actions responsibly.
