Overview

The Alumni Cell, Sharda University in association with Sharda School of Computing Science and Engineering (SSCSE) is organising an alumni guest lecture on 30th March 2026.

The key speaker of this event is Mr. Aditya Gaur, an esteemed alumnus of the B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering program (Class of 2024), who is currently serving as an Area Manager at Amazon (USA). Mr. Aditya will share in-depth insights into his academic journey, professional growth, and experiences within a globally recognized organization. The session is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by providing students with a comprehensive understanding of real-world challenges, workplace dynamics, and emerging career opportunities in the field of technology.

It will also serve as an interactive platform for knowledge exchange, enabling students to engage with an accomplished alumnus and gain clarity on higher education, skill development, and career pathways in the field of computer science.

Objectives of Event

 

  • To facilitate meaningful engagement between students and a distinguished alumnus holding a key position in a multinational organization.
  • To provide a deeper understanding of industry standards, expectations, and career pathways in the domain of computer science and engineering.
  • To equip students with practical knowledge and perspectives that complement their academic learning.
  • To inspire students by showcasing the professional journey, achievements, and experiences of the alumnus.
  • To encourage interactive dialogue, enabling students to seek guidance and clarify career-related queries.
