Overview
Sharda School of Law is offering a Value-Added Course titled “Entrepreneurship for Lawyers- UG” exclusively designed for UG students enrolled at the institution. This thoughtfully designed program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of entrepreneurial skills in the legal field. The course explores the historical evolution, business frameworks, and current challenges of entrepreneurship in law in India. With topics ranging from starting law firms to emerging issues like legal tech startups, innovation, and business ethics, the curriculum equips students with the knowledge and critical thinking skills needed to navigate the complexities of legal entrepreneurship, management, and growth. It also aligns with key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to economic growth and innovation.
Objectives of Event
- Understand the structure and evolution of entrepreneurship in the legal system in India, including key legislations and business models.
- Analyse management practices in legal entrepreneurship and consumer laws affecting business services.
- Assess the role of lawyers in business development and innovation.
- Interpret the constitutional, statutory, and policy frameworks relevant to entrepreneurial protection, including applicable SDGs.
