xpert Talks – L&T EduTech
Organized for 2nd Year students of the SSES School, this expert session aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practices. Featuring seasoned professionals from L&T EduTech, the event provides a platform for students to gain insights into real-world engineering applications, leadership in technical domains, and emerging industry trends.

The session includes two speakers:

 

  • Mr. Ashish Mishra, Regional Lead at L&T EduTech, who will share perspectives on the role of EduTech in shaping future-ready engineers.

  • Mr. Balasubramanian R, Head Expert in Civil Engineering at L&T EduTech, who will discuss advanced structural engineering practices, key project experiences, and career insights from his 35+ years of experience in the field.

Objectives of Event

  • To expose students to industry expectations and real-world engineering applications.

  • To foster understanding of modern structural design and construction practices.

  • To inspire students through the career journeys and experiences of accomplished professionals.

  • To highlight the importance of interdisciplinary skills such as leadership, design thinking, and project management.

  • To strengthen the academia-industry interface and encourage students to align their learning with professional goals.
