Overview

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly reshaping higher education by influencing teaching methodologies, research practices, assessment techniques, and academic administration. This 7-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) is designed to equip faculty members, research scholars, and academicians with practical exposure to AI-enabled tools for teaching, learning, and research. The programme aims to enhance academic efficiency, research quality, and pedagogical innovation while ensuring ethical and responsible use of AI in academia. The FDP is commencing from 9th February to 16th February 2026.

Objectives of Event

The FDP has the following objectives 

  1. To introduce state-of-the-art AI tools relevant to teaching and research.
  2. To enhance research writing, data handling, and publication quality.
  3. To promote ethical, responsible, and secure use of AI.
  4. To support AI-enabled curriculum design and assessment.
  5. To foster interdisciplinary research and academic collaboration.
