Theme: “Awakening the Inner Light through Spiritual Harmony”

Sharda School of Nursing Science and Research
is organizing a one-day Spirituality Programme dedicated to fostering inner peace, mindfulness, and emotional well-being among students and faculty. The programme aims to help participants explore the power of spirituality in daily life and understand its role in achieving harmony of mind, body, and soul. Through a series of soulful performances and reflective sessions, the event seeks to create an atmosphere of positivity, devotion, and togetherness. The programme will include a variety of spiritually enriching activities such as Spiritual Dance, Mime and Kirtan, Pushpanjali, and an enlightening Spiritual Session led by guest speakers. Each activity is designed to inspire self-reflection, promote inner balance, and cultivate a deeper connection with the divine.
