Overview

The HR Catalyst, HR Club of Sharda School of Business Studies presents “GD Champs- Where Leaders Speak”, a dynamic Group Discussion competition scheduled for 23rd March, Monday. This placement-style GD event will offer a workshop followed by competition that will bring together teams of five members to discuss thought-provoking topics in a competitive and structured format. Participants will be evaluated on communication skills, critical thinking, leadership presence, confidence, and teamwork.

The competition offers a valuable opportunity to gain real-time GD experience, improve public speaking abilities, enhance analytical thinking, and build confidence for future placements and professional roles.

Objectives of Event

  • To develop critical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • To strengthen leadership presence and confidence.
  • To promote teamwork and collaborative discussion.
