Objectives of Event
- To promote awareness of gender equality, inclusiveness, and diversity in workplace interactions and institutional functioning.
- To encourage gender-sensitive behavior, respectful communication, and professional ethics for maintaining a safe and harmonious work environment.
- To educate non-teaching staff about equal opportunities, prevention of discrimination and harassment, and institutional policies related to workplace conduct.
- To foster an inclusive campus culture based on mutual respect, collaboration, dignity, and accountability for all stakeholders.
