Sharda School of Law, Sharda University is organizing SSOL Orientation – Deeksharambha 2026 under the theme “Yuva Shakti – Viksit Bharat 2047” from 24th to 31st August 2026 for the students of I Semester, Batch 2026–2031.
About the Event:
The orientation programme is designed to provide students with a smooth and engaging transition into university and legal education. The programme will introduce students to the academic framework, university facilities, mentoring and student support systems, career opportunities, professional development, and co-curricular activities available at Sharda School of Law. Through interactive, academic, cultural and skill-development sessions, students will be encouraged to actively participate in university life and begin their journey as law students with confidence.
Programme Highlights:
The orientation will include University & School Introduction, Academic Orientation, Mentoring & Alumni Interaction, Career and Internship Orientation, Awareness Sessions, NCC/NSS, Cultural & Sports Activities, Community Connect, Mental Health & Well-being, AI and Legal Education, Guest Lectures, Parliamentary Museum Visit and other student-development activities.

Objectives of Event
- To familiarise students with the academic structure, rules, assessment and examination system.
- To introduce students to faculty members, mentors, university facilities and student support services.
- To create awareness regarding Anti-Ragging, POSH, Gender Sensitization, Cyber Security and Grievance Redressal.
- To provide guidance on internships, career counselling, skill development and professional opportunities.
- To encourage teamwork, leadership, social responsibility and holistic development.
- To familiarise students with NCC, NSS, sports, cultural activities and departmental clubs.
- To inspire students to contribute towards the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
