Overview
The School of Law is organising a Guest Lecture on the topic “From Filing to Judgment - Interim Injunctions in IP Litigation” to provide students with practical insights into one of the most significant aspects of Intellectual Property. The session aims to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and courtroom practice by exploring the role of interim injunctions in protecting intellectual property rights during the pendency of legal proceedings. Through discussions on legal principles, judicial approaches, and procedural aspects, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of how interim relief shapes the outcome of IP disputes.
