ArthManch an Academic Forum for the economics students of the Sharda School of Humanities & Social Sciences, Sharda University. This platform encourages students of Humanities & Social Sciences to share their perspectives on major economic issues at both national and global levels.

Dynamic, relevant, and globally oriented, the Economics Club emphasizes the significance of Indian Economy as a thriving hub of commerce and policy dialogue, while fostering a vibrant peer-learning community of students. ArthManch is committed to creating opportunities for students to go beyond classroom learning by engaging in debates, research, simulations, and collaborative projects that nurture analytical skills, leadership qualities, and innovative thinking

Objectives of Event

The following are the objectives of club:

  1. To conduct engaging student-centric activities such as debates, quizzes, case studies, social outreach programs centric to socio economic issues in the economy. 
  2. To raise awareness of current economic trends, government policies, and global challenges in the real world. 
  3. To organize seminars, guest lectures, and interactive sessions with economists, industry leaders, and policymakers for better understanding of domestic and global issues and their probable solutions.
  4. To nurture leadership, communication, and teamwork skills among club members.
  5. To provide the platform for research writing and publication skills through newsletter ‘Econ-Arc’ and E-magazine ‘Vaishvik Darpan: The Ripples of Change’.
  6. To establish a forum that nurtures personality development and fosters career advancement among the students through the Economics Society ‘Ignetia Horizons’.
