Overview

The Department of Life Sciences (Food Science and Technology and Microbiology) at the Sharda School of Bio Science and Technology, Sharda University, Greater Noida, in collaboration with Mother Dairy (Vegetable and Food Processing Plant) workshop event for students emphasizing technology based innovations and vision of India's Milk Industry. It will highlight the evolving policies, people, and partnerships that will drive the milk Industry transformation as global leader in innovation and entrepreneurship.

Objectives of Event

• Promote Innovation: Showcase cutting –edge technologies, Market ready business and Innovations to accelerate economic growth.
• Foster Capacity Building: Provide a platform for knowledge sharing, skill development and capacity-building among stake holders to improve eco system
• Strengthen Policy Framework: Discuss policy advancements and strategic initiatives to support entrepreneurships.
• Inspire action for a better future: Motivate individuals, organizations, and governments to take collective actions for a Milk Industry at world, ensuring product availability and employability.
