Name of the Event: Obesity, Kidney Health, and Vision: A Public Awareness Campaign in School

 

About the Event:

Students will become aware of good dietary habits and exercise to cure obesity-induced kidney and heart disease. The body weight, BMI, fat content, and heart rate of students will be monitored. The Appropriate diet will be recommended to obese students.

Schedule of the Program:

Day 1: Awareness of obesity and kidney disease with body weight, BMI, Heart rate monitoring, vision test

Day 2: Eye check-up and recommendation diet and chart demonstration

Day 3: Recommendation of exercise and diet to reduce the fat content of the body.

Objectives of Event

  1. To aware school students about healthy dietary practices and good hygiene.
  2. To provide knowledge about obesity and associated kidney and heart disease.
  3. To highlight the significance of eye health and encourage students to undergo routine vision screenings for early detection of eye disorders.
