Overview

Sharda School of law, Sharda University is organising a Workshop on “Exploring Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): A Modern Approach to Conflict Resolution” on 19th February 2025.

 

In which participation of 4th year and LL.M student is compulsory and around 140 Students are participating from the Sharda School of Law, Sharda University.

Objectives of Event

  1. To equip students with practical ADR skills through interactive simulations and case studies.
  2. To explore career opportunities within ADR and discuss pathways to becoming a certified mediator or arbitrator.
  3. To highlight the ethical considerations and legal framework governing ADR practices.
  4. To connect students with professionals in the ADR field to facilitate networking and mentorship opportunities.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Development of practical skills in mediation, arbitration, and negotiation.
  • Awareness of career paths in ADR and how to pursue them.
  • Increased confidence in handling disputes outside the courtroom.
  • Networking opportunities with professionals and experts in ADR.

Certification of participation to boost resumes and career prospects.
