Overview
The "Immunoinformatics and Artificial Intelligence in Biomedicine" workshop, organized by SSBT and CAIMIF at Sharda University, equips participants with essential knowledge and tools in immunoinformatics. It covers AI and machine learning techniques for immunological data analysis, offering hands-on experience in bioinformatics tools like epitope prediction and vaccine design. This program bridges bioscience and technology, enabling participants to apply advanced computational methods in immunology, personalized medicine, and infectious disease research.
Objectives of Event
- Vaccinology: To understand the basics of Vaccine, epitope and parameters for selection of Multi Epitope Vaccine (MEV) related to different immune response
- Softwares and Tools required: To become familiar with computational tools for in silico modelling, molecular docking and simulation
- Hands-on Experience: To gain practical experience by installing softwares required for vaccine design and commands for executing the task
- Problem-Solving Skills: To develop the ability to troubleshoot common issues that may arise during the installation and usage of these computational tools
