Overview
Department of Forensic Medicine, School of Medical Sciences & Research, Sharda University is organizing a “Value Added Course” for the UG students of MBBS Batch 2023-24 on Legal Consideration in Modern Medical Practice from 2nd May 2025 to 20th June 2025.
This Value Added Course in Forensic Medicine is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the principle, techniques and application of Forensic in medical and legal context to medical students.
Objectives of Event
- To provide comprehensive understanding of Forensic Medicine and it role in bridging healthcare and law.
- To equip participate with the knowledge of medical ethics, medico-legal responsibilities, informed consent and patient rights.
- To develop skills in analyzing medical-legal cases, including negligence, malpractice and emergency care.
- To impart knowledge about emerging trends and recent advancement in the field of forensic medicine
