Sharda School of Law, Sharda University is organising 1^st Anand Swaroop Gupta Memorial Law Lecture Series, 2025 on Friday, 18^th July, 2025, delivered by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajesh Bindal, Supreme Court of India, on the topic “Fundamental Duties in the Constitution: A step towards a responsible citizen” for the Law students, legal fraternity and general public at large & to inaugurate new Anand Swaroop Gupta Moot Court Hall.

Objectives of Event

1. Educate the Law students, legal fraternity and general public at large on Fundamental Duties in the Constitution.
2. Provide essential relationship among responsible citizen & Fundamental Duties in the Constitution
3. To inaugurate New Anand Swaroop Gupta Moot Court Hall
4. Interaction of Hon’ble Justice Justice Rajesh Bindal with the Law students

Outcome of the Event:

The Law students will be able to

1. Enhanced Awareness among the law students, legal fraternity and general public at large will gain knowledge about Fundamental Duties in the Constitution.
2. Promote the sense of responsible Citizenship through active citizenship is not limited to claiming rights but includes fulfilling civic obligations.     
3. Develop a skill of mooting through hands on experience.
4. Gain valuable guidance on judicial services, litigation, and alternative legal careers, while motivating students to pursue excellence with sincerity, discipline, and social responsibility.
