Overview

The rapid evolution of digital technologies has transformed governance systems worldwide. E-Government leverages ICT to improve public service delivery, transparency, and citizen engagement. At the same time, the integration of Artificial Intelligence raises critical ethical concerns such as bias, privacy, accountability, and fairness.

This FDP aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of digital governance frameworks along with the ethical challenges posed by AI in the modern era.
